GENERAL PROVISIONS
Scope of application
This Law governs:
1) domestic arbitration,
3) recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, and
2) court jurisdiction and procedure regarding arbitration from subparagraph 1 of this Article and in
other cases provided by this Law.
